Aspen Professional Services is a sole proprietorship established in 2002 and owned by Jason D. Andrew Ph.D. CRC/R NCC.  He is ably assisted in this endeavor by M. Jean Andrew, J.D., his wife.

Jason has spent his entire career in the field of vocational rehabilitation, working as a counselor and supervisor in a state rehabilitation agency, as the director of a Goodwill Industries, as the director of a national Research and Training Center, as the State Director of Rehabilitation and Associate Commissioner of Education for the state of Nebraska, and in various faculty and adjunct faculty roles at the University of Iowa, the University of Wisconsin-Stout, the University of San Francisco, and Maryville University of St. Louis.  He completed his formal employment as a faculty member and Head of the Department of Rehabilitation Education and Research at the University of Arkansas. 

Jean is an attorney who worked as the fiscal officer for the State College Board in Nebraska, as an attorney for the Nebraska Department of Revenue, as director of the Charitable Gaming Division of the Nebraska Department of Revenue, and as the owner of her own firm providing management and legal services to non-profit agencies.  Her major roles within Aspen Professional Services include formatting textbooks, editing, and advertising.
